Large Federal Government


Business Overview

Introduce an identity and access management solution to control the number of contractors onboarding and offboarding for 1 million+ identities.


Bringing disparate systems together by putting additional quality checks inside of workflows and controls in place to alert people if there was any suspicious activity. The secret sauce for success in this implementation was tight communication between the seasoned team members. It was encouraged to deliver good or bad news early and not sit on it.

Technical Challenge

The systems being integrated were not prepped and ready in a timely manner. As a result, the workflows being kicked off did not sync with some kicking off when they should not be kicked off and vice versa.


The integration of SailPoint was completed for 1M+ users, implementing workflows within the government complex that had never been done before. Our team came in during the last year of the 5-year project to finish the job for the government.

Large Federal Government

SailPoint And Okta

Business Overview

Our team implemented a CIAM and Workforce solution to replace paper workflows with automated workflows. The organization was still in a heavily manual environment that needed optimization. The overall objective was to be able to move $100B safely through a brand new, automated system.


The team delivered a SailPoint and Okta solution simultaneously. Out of box solutions did not work for this client and required customization. The secret sauce for the success of the project was dependent on experienced team members, with many years of IAM experience, customizing, building, and testing the solution concurrently for the client.

Technical Challenge

Meeting Federal requirements was a major challenge. Going from a paper workflow to automated workflow for such a large organization was a highly complex, multi-year project. It was a totally new environment to set up that didn’t exist before. Multiple vendor teams came together to form brand new team for the first time to take on the challenge.


The integration of SailPoint and Okta was completed for 50k external users and 30k internal users. The project duration was 5 years.

Business Overview

The company had SOC violations from a recent audit that needed to be addressed. They were transferring from an old identity system that needed to be replaced.


This project was one of the first major SailPoint integrations within a large enterprise. Challenges were addressed early by the team, and they developed into a high performing unit. The secret sauce for success in this implementation was each team member taking responsibility for their assigned specialized tasks to keep forward momentum.

Technical Challenge

Our team overcame many challenges ranging from code commits and documentation on how things would function. In the beginning, there were issues with project  management and leadership of the project.


The integration of SailPoint was completed for 125k users and 750+ apps over 3.5 years.

Global Technology Provider To The Travel Industry

SailPoint And CyberArk

Business Overview

Established a new governance IGA platform, replacing OIM and SIAM with SailPoint and CyberArk, to manage certifications, access requests, and automate provisioning & de-provisioning.


The deployment of SailPoint required specific customizations and was dependent on an IAM experienced team to build, test and deploy the solution. The team was also able to build, test and prepare the organization for the future deployment of CyberArk.

Technical Challenge

The organization was not prepared to engage in a project that would be dependent on various technical/business resources, a multitude of key stakeholder groups and several environments to ensure a successful outcome. The team quickly responded and collaborated to provide support and develop various strategies along the way to mitigate major risks and meet critical end dates.


Improved overall user experience and provided additional security to prevent future breaches between corporate and customer data.
